Out, Not In!

We offer regular community activities through our Out, Not In! project. We visit lots of different places such as; the zoo, theatre, cinema, bowling, adventure centres, trampoline parks, meals at various places and the parks around Ipswich area. We are also always open to suggestions!

 

These sessions are aimed at promoting confidence and independence, helping build friendships, and of course the most important thing is that everyone has fun!

We meet once a month on average and these events are generally for 4 hours plus each time. Each event varies in age depending on the activity.
